What a simple concept, yet like most of us, I find myself spending to much time on the negative each day. Giving my time to negative thoughts, negative people, negative habits. I eat far too many cookies each day!
I want to set a goal for the month of August to focus more on the positive, putting my time and energy toward things that bring me joy and reduce stress. So, in posting this I hope to hold myself accountable.
Ps. I deeply apologize for the long hiatus this blog has taken. I had great intentions of posting about the remodeling of our new home but as it has consumed me each day over the last six months I found myself wanting to escape it...not write about it. Hopefully, now that most of it has come to a hault I will feel more inspired to share our "remodeling journey".
